We are stoked to announce a new minor feature to our Zendesk integration.
It is now possible to import ticket satisfaction ratings directly into Plecto. This allows the possibility to easily show the positive feedback percentage on a dashboard widget ✅!
To show this, first install a new data source with the type of satisfaction ratings. Then go to formulas and click the preset formula Zendesk Ticket Satisfaction Percentage. This formula calculates
(Good ratings) / (All ratings).
Then add the formula on a number widget and voila, you can now see how your users rate your tickets over time!
