Did you ever create a formula where a low value was considered better than a high value 📉? For example, if you would like to reduce the number of open tickets to 0, the lower the current number of open tickets is, the better.
From now on, you can mark such formulas by checking "Lower value is better". ✨
This will make it so any decrease in the formula's value will be shown as positive progress, with a green arrow pointing down. Furthermore, if you use a target in combination with such formulas, the progress towards the target will advance downwards, as expected.
You can also use this feature in Leaderboards, if you want to show the best performing employees with the lowest result.
