New update in our Intercom integration

Now you can see 'Conversation Topics' related to a conversation in our Intercom integration to elevate your customer support efforts. 🎉

Plecto now supports Intercom’s brand new feature that will allow you easily identify what topics your customers are talking about.🗣️ Topics are automatically applied to all conversations. It is a game-changer for busy support teams who need a way to get ahead of emerging trends or blind spots in their support coverage.

You can find the 'Conversation Topics' field in your Intercom Conversations and Conversation Ratings data sources.

How to enable the new field in your data source:

  1. Go to your data source’s settings
  2. Click on ‘Update fields’ and the new field will appear
  3. Click the checkbox next to Conversation Topics
  4. Save changes
